Most products fail not because they lack features, but because they lack focus. They try to be everything for everyone and end up being nothing for no one. A one-day constraint eliminates this failure mode entirely. You ship the core. You ship the truth of the product.

Most will fail. That's the point. I'm not looking for a 100% hit rate. I'm looking for the handful that resonate — the ones where the hypothesis was right, where the problem was real, where someone opens their wallet and says "yes, this."
The ones that work get nurtured. The ones that don't get honest data about why. Both are valuable. Neither is wasted.
